These terms govern your use of the Tvarvi app and website and the services offered through them. By creating an account or using our services you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Telemedicine Consent.

Tvarvi is an integrative, clinically-guided care programme for women with PCOS. Our services include personalised assessments, diagnostic tests through our lab partner, and consultations with qualified practitioners.
Tvarvi is not for emergencies. Our services are not a substitute for in-person examination or emergency medical care. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Information and content on our platform is for education and general guidance and does not replace advice from your treating doctor.
No guaranteed outcomes. PCOS care is individual. We do not promise a cure or any specific result, and we make no claims of miraculous or guaranteed remedies. Any outcomes described are illustrative, not promises.
Consultations are provided by practitioners engaged by Tvarvi. Each practitioner uses only the title they are qualified and registered to hold - for example, "doctor"/"gynaecologist" for practitioners with a valid medical registration, and "therapist"/"counsellor"/"psychologist" only where the person holds the appropriate registration under the applicable law (including the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, the RCI Act and the NCAHP Act, 2021). The practitioner's identity is shown to you before your consult.
Teleconsultations are governed by our Telemedicine Consent, in line with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.
You must be 18 or older to use Tvarvi. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and use the service only for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Prices are shown before you pay and are processed securely through Razorpay. Applicable taxes may apply. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to misuse the service - including no unlawful, abusive, infringing or fraudulent activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, and no impersonation of others. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches.
The Tvarvi name, content, designs and software are owned by Tvarvi or its licensors. You may use them only as needed to use the service. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the permission needed to provide the service to you.
To the extent permitted by law, Tvarvi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection rights you have to approach forums where you reside. For any complaint, contact our Grievance Officer, Aditya Bhardwaj, at aditya@tvarvi.com / +91 99920 30855. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them promptly.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new date; continued use means you accept the changes.
