Common questions

Is the PCOS diet tracker free?

Yes. Every Tvarvi member can plan and track meals free, for as long as they like.

Can I use it as my PCOD diet chart?

Yes. Write your weekly diet chart once, with a time for each meal, then mark each meal as you eat it. Starter Indian plans help you begin.

Do I need to count calories?

The tracker follows your routine: each meal is marked Done, Partly or Skipped, and you can note what you had instead. There are no numbers to count.

Can a nutritionist make my plan?

Yes. Book a session with a Tvarvi nutritionist. When your nutritionist shares a personalised plan, it appears in your tracker, ready to mark.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It works in your phone's browser today, and the iPhone and Android apps are coming soon.
