Women's hormonal care, finally coordinated
Tvarvi is a clinically-guided care platform for women with PCOS — now medically renamed PMOS. We bring the whole team your hormones actually need into one plan, one timeline, one place.
What we do
Most women with PCOS/PMOS are handed a diagnosis and a prescription, then left to assemble their own care — a gynaecologist here, a dietitian there, a counsellor somewhere else, none of them talking to each other. Tvarvi replaces that with a single, structured 90-day programme: at-home diagnostics, a gynaecologist-led assessment, a personalised nutrition plan, movement and yoga designed for your hormones, and mind-and-emotional support — delivered by one coordinated team that shares your full picture.
Diagnostics
At-home collection and accurate, hormone-specific lab panels.
Gynaecology
Clinician-led assessment and ongoing medical oversight.
Nutrition
Low-GI, subtype-specific plans that target insulin, not calories.
Yoga & Mind
Movement and emotional support designed for your hormones.
Why we do it
PCOS/PMOS affects roughly 1 in 8 women worldwide, and most go undiagnosed for over two years. It is one of the most common hormonal conditions — and one of the most poorly served. Care is fragmented, advice is generic, and the metabolic root of the condition is often ignored in favour of masking symptoms. Women are told to "lose weight" or handed the pill and sent on their way.
We started Tvarvi because the condition is deeply manageable when it is addressed properly — at its roots, by a team that actually coordinates. Almost nobody was doing that. So we built it.
How we do it
- 1
At-home diagnostics
A trained professional collects your samples from your doorstep at a time that suits you; a NABH-accredited lab processes them.
- 2
Clinical assessment
A Tvarvi gynaecologist reviews your results and history against the full Rotterdam criteria — not just one.
- 3
A personalised care plan
Built around your subtype — nutrition, movement and mind support — over the months your body actually needs, not a fixed template.
- 4
One coordinated team
Your gynaecologist, dietitian, therapist and yoga coach share one plan and one timeline, so you never repeat yourself or fall through the gaps.
- 5
Measurable re-assessment
Repeat labs at the end of the journey, so progress is something you can see — not just feel.
