Pay by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay. Monthly plans use UPI Autopay or a card mandate, and you can cancel anytime.
Questions about prices
Is what I paid for the assessment taken off my plan?
Yes, when you choose consultations + lab tests for your care plan and pay for it in full. The exact amount you paid for your assessment, after any discount, is taken off. It is not taken off monthly payments.
Do extra tests cost extra?
Yes. If your gynaecologist needs tests beyond what your assessment or plan includes, you see the price before you pay.
Is there a student discount?
Yes, 10% off one-off consultations and care-plan sessions with a verified student ID. It does not apply to assessments or lab tests. Verify your ID in your profile and it is applied at checkout.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule a test or a consultation once. You can cancel your assessment for a full refund up to 4 hours before your sample is collected. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Read the refund policy
Can I pay in EMI?
Yes, EMI options are available at checkout.
